The Year so far
Alan has been struggling manfully with heavy demand and inadequate facilities and as some may be aware has had to take some time off.

The numbers this year are an improvement on last, customer satifaction is also much improved.  We still have a way to go, please enjoy what we have and anticipate the results of our ongoing change programme.

What to expect

We need to bed in the new till system and hope to get as many people using Tap Card Payment as possible.

John Freestone has recently joined the House Committee.  John is a professional hospitality Director and the Clerk to the Worshipful Company of Paviors.  We look forward to seeing his influence on the Bar and Catering.
